One of My Favorite Tools for Holistic Healing - Zyto Scans!

Zyto Scans. Sounds like some SciFi machinery, huh?

What if I told you this super swanky technology has been a KEY for our family on our healing journey? I could share ENDLESS stories about the results we’ve seen, but let me start by sharing my daughter’s story from this week.

First of all, a Zyto scan is a bicommunication process that uses a non-invasive, painless scanning technology (similar to how a lie detector test works) to assess your body’s balance and wellness needs directly. You place your hand on a cradle while subtle energetic impulses are introduced to your body through the cradle. Your body will naturally respond to the impulses and the Zyto software records and analyzes the responses. The Zyto website itself describes it this way: "a Zyto scan involves presenting questions in the form of digital signatures that the body answers directly. The Zyto Hand Cradle measures the body’s galvanic skin response to each unique signature and sends the data directly to the software for analysis.”

This scanning looks at ‘stressors’ to your body and then ‘balancers’ that your body could use to better, well, balance your wellness and stressors. Balancers can include foods, affirmations, essential oils, supplements, tinctures, homeopathy, frequencies, exercises, and all kinds of other alternative medicines and therapies useful for natural and holistic healing.

We see a holistic health coach who specializes in using and reading Zyto scans, although you can also buy a scanner for your own home directly from the website. (And someday I do hope to do that!) Right now, I TOTALLY appreciate the expertise and scope of the scanning we are able to do with this coach on board.

We had my 3 girls all scanned this week, which was REALLY timely because Norah especially, my 5yo third daughter, had been having about a day or so of odd symptoms of SOMETHING going on in her body leading up to Scan Day. Things like sore throat when swallowing, aching legs intermittently, temperature regulation issues (hot and cold but without a fever), exhaustion, belly aches and headaches. At first I thought maybe she was fighting a virus. THEN, she developed a puffy/inflamed face for a while and I started thinking that another differential “diagnosis” could be something allergy-related (it’s the right time of year where we live for that).

Her Zyto scan was tremendously insightful. It immediately showed heavy metals and toxic agents, as well as allergens as “stressors” in her body. It showed her hypothalamus (part of the brain) and C-spine (upper spine/base of skull) being stressed as well. (AND, wouldn’t you know, your hypothalamus is the part of your brain that regulates your temperature...look back at her odd symptoms!)

In talking through the scan with our health coach, I realized it made a LOT of sense that her body was detoxing. We recently were at the beach (which ocean water, etc can induce a detox), then I had been using essential oils on my kids heavily for detox in the past week, AND we recently started up with regular chiropractic care as a family, which Norah had never done before and can also lead to detoxing. Plus allergens (seasonal) clearly came up for her, which I had already suspected, so that was indeed playing a part too. Nothing viral at all seemed to be going on. (Which is hugely reassuring and HELPFUL as a mom when trying to decide how best to help your kiddo feel better and how to treat a situation.) I couldn’t believe how all the “symptoms” came together to paint a pretty clear picture of what her body was working through and how to move forward to support her and help her feel better. I also must say, these results gave me a HUGE appreciation for her body doing it’s “thing” to address another level of healing for her.

If you’re curious, her balancers also supported the findings (as they always do!) and included:

~A few kinds of Omega 3 fatty acid supplements that HER body needs right now (great for helping to ease detox symptoms!)

~Foods that are high antioxidants and some that act as great binders (good for detox support AND allergen/immune system support)

~Yellow Dock Root (great for detox, liver support, digestion, antioxidant boosting, and more!)

~Homeopathy Arsenicum album (good for GI support and hugely helpful with detoxing)

~Harmony essential oil blend (contains 17 oils that are some of the highest frequency oils in terms of healing, and also designed to bring maximum emotional support and alignment).

We started some balancers right away and will be gathering up the rest and introducing them shortly too. She told me this morning she feels “all better” now. :)

My other girls had some really great Zyto scans too, and I feel SO empowered moving forward with a plan to support each of their individual bodies. Peeling back the healing layers takes patience and dedication, but comes with SO many wins and successes. I love having a tool that helps us get to the exact needs of our bodies and feeling like I can make clear decisions with confidence as we all journey on in health together.
