
If you’ve ever tried to “do all the right things” for detox…and felt worse, this is for you. Detox is such a personal, sometimes polarizing topic. But remember - our bodies are AUTOMATICALLY designed to do it! We detox ALL the time without having to think about it or pressure our body further about it. But sometimes, our bodies need a little extra help or support to optimize the detox systems we were born with.
One of the biggest mistakes I see is this:

Like I said above, your body already knows how to detox. The question is—can it keep up? And how do you know if your body might need a little extra "oomph" to help promote healthy, steady detox?
Here are 5 signs your detox pathways may need more support:
1. You feel worse when starting new supplements.

These are some of the primary detox pathways we are born with - urination, bowel movements, sweat, and lymphatic flow. If any of these are stagnant or under-optimized, detox ability will be impacted.
✨ Detox should feel supportive, not depleting.
Instead of asking, “What should I add?” or "How much more can my body handle to detox faster/better?" Try asking:
👉 “What does my body need in order to handle more right now?”
OR
👉 “What signs is my body giving me that need support in order for me to facilitate detox right now?”
That shift alone can change everything.
